What to do before a spray tan: - Book your spray tan 48 hours before any special occasion. Timing is really important!! Additionally, having a day between getting a spray tan and getting ready for a function will give you enough time to take care of any unlikely problems that may arise.
- Remove any unwanted hair either by waxing or shaving 24-48 hrs prior to your tanning appointment, this will allow for your pores to close properly after hair removal. Now lets say that you shave or wax the day of your session, your pores will be open to absorb solution and that will give you a spotty look-NOT ATTRACTIVE.
- You MUST exfoliate!!! The day before your appointment. If you skip this step or do not exfoliate well, you will most likely not get a good tan and when it starts to fade it is likely to come off in patches. Be very, very thorough in places where we buildup a lot of dead skin like: Elbows, Knees, Ankles, Knuckles
Day Of your Session: - On the day of your tanning session shower using a soap or body wash that does not contain a lot of moisturizer. Do not apply anything to your skin like moisturizers, body butters or even deodorant or makeup. Those products have a tendency to block spray tanning solution from reaching your skin and you can finish with lighter patches. Some deodorants can also react with the tanning solution and turn your underarms GREEN! Yikes... If you need to-carry some wet towelettes and wipe your underarms as well as your make up if you truly, positively have to wear some before your tanning appointment.
What will happen during session: - Once you arrive for your tanning session, I will apply barrier cream to your knees, elbows, ankles, nails and palms of your hands.
- Wear loose fitting dark clothing. If your clothing is too tight, you risk rubbing or smearing the bronzers, especially around the waist, elbows and knees.
- Remove any make-up prior to sunless application.
How to care for your Tan? - Caring for your tan begins the moment your done getting tanned, while its fresh it is very vulnerable to getting damaged, so you have to be very gentle with it.
- Wait till it is totally dry to the touch and then put on some loose, dark clothes. Loose, so that your tan does not rub off. Now if I am applying clear tanning solution it wont rub off on your clothes and your safe to wear other colors but still loose.
- The first hour is the most crucial, because that is when most of the tan develops. Your tans worst enemy is WATER! You will turn spotty if any splashes on you. Avoid any activities that will make you sweat. Do anything that will keep you still and calm.
- I recommend you marinate for 12 hrs, before you shower unless I advise you otherwise.
- When you take your shower you will see the color washing off, but it is only the bronzer. The real tan has developed in the top layer of your skin and a shower will not remove it.
- Now if you want your tan to last as long as possible DO NOT take long hot showers or baths. Fast warm showers are fine, pat your skin dry do not rub your skin with towel tan off.
- Your Tans Best Friend is Moisturizer, use it in the morning and night. Dry skin flakes off easily taking the tan with it. So consider puchasing the Tan Extender.
- If you follow those simple steps for spray tan care , you will enjoy your flawless Sun Kissed Skin for several days.
Now this is really Important!!!! Make sure that you stay away from the sun. Just because your skin is now brown, it does not mean that it is protected from getting burned in any way. Your skin has NOT developed any melanin and is just as vulnerable to sunburn as if you were your natural color, so if your out in the sun apply SUNBLOCK. |
Que hago antes de recibir mi bronceado? - Llama y haga su cita 48 horas antes de alguna occación especial. Planear el bronceado con tiempo es muy importante! Haci me da un dia ente la occación especial para poder arreglar cualquier malfuncción que pueda occurir
- Remueva todo el bello ya sea con cera o con rastrillo por lo meno 24-48 horas antes de su cita, haci le da tiempo para que los poros se sieren y no absorban la solución del bronceado. Sino se veran puntitos negros de las areas donde se acaba de depilar.
- Exfoliación!!!! Este paso es muy importante para que el bronceado salga parejo. Tallese el cuerpo con un sacatillo de mano y jabon exfoliador para quitar toda la piel muerta especialmente alrededor de los Codos, Rodillas, Tobillos, y manos. El dia antes de su cita.
- El dia de su cita, bañese con jabón que no tenga cream suavisadora o jabón de barra. Despues del baño NO se ponga creama en el cuerpo o la cara de ninguna clase. No deodorante o maqillaje si le voy a broncear la cara. Esos productos tienen la costumbre de bloquear, que el cuerpo pueda absorber la solucción y algunas veces sino se quita el deodorante bien el bronceado se hace VERDE!!!
Que pasara durante la cita? - Una vez que llege a su cita, yo le aplicare crema en las rodillas, codos, tobillos, manos, y uñas. Para que estas areas no absorban demasiada solucción. Nadie quiere que sus manos parescan que estubo jugando con tierra por varios dias.
- Trianga ropa obscura y floja. Si tu ropa es muy apretada corre el riesgo de que el bronceado se le caiga alrededor de la cintura, codos, y rodillas.
- Quietete el maquillaje antes de tu bronceado.
Como cuidar su hermosa piel Dorada? - Cuidando de su bronceado empieza el instante que yo termino de broncearla, este es el tiempo mas volnurable, tienes que ser muy cuidadosa con el.
- Espera hasta que el bronceado este seco al tacarlo, te vas a ponder ropa floja y obscura para que no se te pege el bronceado a la ropa.
- La primera hora es la mas importante porque es cuando el color se revela mas. El peor enemigo del bronceado es el AGUA! en esas 12 horas en las cuales te tienes que esperar antes de bañarte, procura de no hacer actividades que te hagan sudar. Mante te relajada y tranquilla hasta que te puedas bañar en 12 horas o en la mañana.
- Cuando te bañes al siguiente dia, vas a ver que el color se esta deslavando y eso es normal. Tu bronceado actual esta penetrada en la primera capa de tu piel.
- Ahora si quieres que tu piel dorada te dure lo mas posible no te bañes con agua muy caliente. Bañate con agua tibia y no dures mucho, cuando te seques con la toalla no te talles muy duro, para que no desgastes la piel y se te empieze a caer el bronceado.
- Tu mejor amiga para mantener tu piel dorada es la loción extendedora de bronceados, aplica loción en la mañana y en la noche. Si no te aplicas crema tu piel se seca y se empieza a descarapelar y adios piel dorada.
- Si sigues estas simple reglas tu piel lucira radiante y dorada hasta por varios dias.
Esto es muy Importante!!!!! Cuando estes afuera todavia te tienes que protejer del sol, ponte crema protectora siempre. No porque tu piel este pintada obscura significa que no sea vulnerable a los rayos del sol. |
